we’re getting a new parking lot!
At long last we’re replacing our worn out parking lot. The price tag came in much higher than we expected ($120,000 for the whole project), so we’re holding a fundraiser. We’re asking everyone to participate by: 1) making a one time contribution over and above our normal giving, and 2) increasing our monthly giving for the next year. We’re hoping that by raising this money, we’ll be able to continue to move forward with some building improvements we have slated for the upcoming years. Contribute on our website here!

gallery opening and artist talk with christina hubbard
Join us for an inspiring evening of art, poetry, and story with Christina Hubbard on Friday, November 8, from 7-8:30pm. Hear about the two-year process of gathering stories and portraits from nine courageous women (including several from Redemption) and turning them into an international art exhibit and book Water in Her Tender Leaves. Selected works from the exhibit: Martyrs in Monochrome, which explores witness, resilience, and photopoetry, will be displayed in the building through the end of 2025. Information about the corresponding book will also be available. For more information: https://www.creativeandfree.com
