We are led through the partnership of pastoral staff, church staff, and elders: three groups who discern God’s leading for our church together.
Our staff carry the day-to-day work of the church: teaching, caring for kids, leading worship, and loving our neighbors.
Tim has been planting and pastoring churches since 2002, and has led Redemption from its earliest days. He is the author of several books, including Shrink: Faithful Ministry in a Church-Growth Culture and Public Jesus, and a founding member of the band Satellite Soul. He holds an M.Div. and D.Min. from Nazarene Theological Seminary and cares deeply about justice, beauty, and the craft of writing and preaching.
Cole brings more than fifteen years of pastoral experience across family, youth, and children’s ministry. He holds a Master’s in Theological Studies from Nazarene Theological Seminary and a B.A. in Family Ministry from Manhattan Christian College. He loves building community and thinking carefully about theology, philosophy, and the life of faith.
Mandy has given herself to community development since 2008, leading Redemption’s English classes, the Strengthening Families Program, and our ministry alongside neighbors experiencing homelessness. She is pursuing a Master’s in Theological Studies with an emphasis in Women in Ministry at Northern Seminary.
Beth began as a volunteer in compassion ministry in 2008 and has served as office manager since 2011, keeping the books and coordinating first impressions. A member since 2005, she served on the Elder Board from 2009 to 2024. She holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Washington State University.
Jo has served Redemption’s youngest kids since 2021. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from Southern Nazarene University and taught in elementary classrooms for six years. She loves cultivating children’s wonder at the character and kingdom of God.
Nancy joined the staff in early 2023, bringing a degree in music therapy and a certificate in spiritual direction. She has been leading songs, games, lessons, and prayers for children since she was a teenager, and longs to see kids join Jesus’ redemptive work in the world.
Todd has served as music director since 2020, shepherding our musicians and vocalists and shaping Sunday worship. He fosters both musical excellence and spiritual growth, and works to keep the music ministry a welcoming place for everyone.
Andrew brings nearly a decade of experience in operations and facilities for ministry spaces, and joined Redemption in early 2023. Off the clock, you will find him playing games, reading, and working puzzles.
A lifelong part of Redemption, Amelia is pursuing a B.A. in Film and Digital Media with a certificate in Peace and Conflict Resolution. She is passionate about restorative, peaceful approaches to conflict, and about telling stories through film.
Alongside our pastors and staff, the elders help discern God’s leading for Redemption and hold final say over our spiritual, staffing, and financial direction.
