Please let the youth ministry team know if you are willing to provide a turkey or a ham for the YG Thanksgiving Dinner. This dinner is an amazing moment of community for our students as we take the entire youth group time to simply eat, practice gratitude, and pray together.

All families are asked to provide a side dish for the Thanksgiving Dinner. We will provide drinks and dessert, HOWEVER this form is asking you to go above and beyond and help support us with a turkey and/or a ham. Please mark what is appropriate for you below.
