Last Minute Details

Arrive at 9am for a meeting
and prepare to leave at 12:30pm.

Every morning all volunteers (not snack providers) will meet at 9am sharp for a quick meeting about the day and then set up camp. For tear down, we will all pitch in and pack everything away for the evening.

No volunteer t-shirts this year.

Unfortunately due to the sudden rise in cost of t-shirt printing we are not going to be able to provide volunteer t-shirts this year. Please wear something appropriate to being outside and active.

You will be getting wet on
Wednesday and Thursday.

On Wednesday and Thursday there will be water balloons and a dunk tank.
