nehemiah action assembly/good faith network tonight!
Join with our Johnson County friends in faith at the Good Faith Network’s Nehemiah Action Assembly, as we use our collective voice to bring God’s justice to our community. We’ll gather tonight, Tuesday, May 2nd, at 6pm at Resurrection Church (13720 Roe Ave., Leawood, Foundry Building B). Questions: www.thegoodfaithnetwork.org.
food pantry volunteers needed
Our monthly food pantry with Harvesters is this Saturday, May 6th. If you can help distribute food to our neighbors, please be at the church at 12:15pm. The food pantry is from1-2pm.
graduation sunday
Graduation Sunday, May 14th, is a special Sunday at Redemption when we acknowledge and celebrate those in our community who have graduated from high school, college, an advanced degree, or other kinds of special programs or certificates. If you would like to be recognized at Redemption for your accomplishments, please register here and let us know what you are graduating from, so we can celebrate with you!
eastertide roundtable
If you are examining your beliefs, traditions or practices, these Eastertide Roundtables are a time to bring your questions and open mind to connect with others who are challenging and deconstructing long held paradigms. The next roundtable is Sunday, May 21st from 4:00-6:00pm. Childcare will be provided.
