advent 2016

Since we moved in to this neighborhood, we have asked ourselves what it means to be a good neighbor.  We have decided that in lieu of our own Christmas party or pageant, we will invite our neighbors to both Redemption’s & Via de Esperanza’s Christmas Eve services.  With the invitation, our youth group will be delivering cookies to the homes.   To help make this happen, we’re asking everyone to bring 2-3 dozen cookies next Sunday, Dec. 11th.

Our Christmas Eve Family Service is Saturday, December 24th at 5:30pm.  Our offering that night will go toward our year-end gift, which will fund our Compassion Ministry and share with Via de Esperanza.  If you are writing a check, please note in the memo line “Year-end gift”.  There will be NO Sunday service on Christmas day.

homework help and maker’s club:

Wednesdays your 7th - 12th grader can come to the church to do homework and receive help. We are opening the doors between 4:00pm and 5:30pm for Homework.  Maker’s Club follows from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.  Youth Group at 7pm!
