food pantry volunteers needed

Our next monthly food pantry with Harvesters is this Saturday, May 4th from 1-2pm. If you would like to help with distribution of food to our neighbors in need, please be at the church at 12:15pm.

eastertide roundtable

Our roundtable for the season of Eastertide is Sunday, May 5th from 4:00-6:00pm. If you are examining your beliefs, traditions or practices, this Roundtable is a time to bring your questions and open mind to connect with others who are challenging and deconstructing long held paradigms. No registration is necessary. Childcare is available.

good faith network’s nehemiah assembly

Good Faith Network’s Nehemiah Assembly is this Tuesday, May 7th from 6:00-7:30pm at Church of the Resurrection in Leawood. No childcare is available.

graduation sunday

Graduation Sunday is May 12th. It is a special Sunday at Redemption when we acknowledge and celebrate those in our community who have graduated from high school, college, an advanced degree, or other kinds of special programs or certificates.  If you would like to be recognized at Redemption for your accomplishments, please register here and let us know what you are graduating from, so we can celebrate with you!

strengthening families program training

If you are interested in being a part of Redemption Church's Strengthening Families Program (SFP) as a class facilitator please consider attending a county wide training on Wednesday, June 12th. environment team volunteers needed

The Environment Team is looking for volunteers to prepare communion and light candles on Sunday mornings before service approximately a once-a-month. Please contact Michelle Clark at clarkmrc@gmail.com for more information.

community garden plots available

If you would like to have a plot in our community garden this season, please contact Blake O’Dell at blake@redemptionchurchkc.com. There is a $15 fee to cover the cost of water.
