join us for summer yoga!

Thursday evenings from 7-8:30pm on June 14, 21 & July 12, 19, 26. This is a gentle, restorative class to increase flexibility and relaxation. Suggested donation of $10/class.

family hiking trip

We are offering a family hiking trip this summer from July 15-18. We have a group camp site booked at Glacier Basin camping park in Rocky Mountain National Park,  just outside of Estes Park, CO. We have space for 20 folks . We will be hiking, fishing, camping & lounging in hammocks!
