community group BLITZ!
Our Community Group BLITZ begins this Sunday, October 11, and continues through October 18 & 25. Groups will meet on Sundays from 4-6pm at the church for teaching and small group time. Childcare will be provided. Other groups will meet at various times during the week. If you have not been contacted to be a part of a group during the BLITZ, please contact Beth Price at beth@redemptionchurchkc.com.
church BBQ!
Our annual church BBQ is next Saturday, October 17th at 5:30pm on the back lawn! Fabulous BBQ, beans, cheesy potatoes, cole slaw, ‘smores and drinks are provided. Suggested donation of $5/person or $15/family maximum. Please bring a side dish to share!

We need help on Monday nights! If you would like to take a turn helping with elementary aged kids during our English classes on Monday evenings please contact Mandy Hill at
student ministries
Tuesday Homework Sessions &Tutoring: Tuesdays your 7th - 12th grader can come to the church to do homework. The church has some great spaces to focus in and work. We are opening the doors between 3:30pm and 5:30pm. There will be tutoring in Language Arts from 4:30pm - 5:30pm on Tuesdays and Math before Youth Group at 5:30pm on Wednesdays .
UPLIFT needs
The homeless ministry, UPLIFT, is in need of adult t-shirts, jeans and sweatshirts, backpacks and empty, clean 2-liter bottles and gallon jugs. Jim Schmidt will be collecting them in the foyer on Sundays.
