Cole McGee, our youth minister, graduated from Manhattan Christian College with a B.S. in Family Ministry in 2007.
Cole has a desire to see the youth of Redemption flourish and become the kind of person that God created them to be. He prays for them to know God's story, and for youth of all ages to see themselves as part of it. When asked about his philosophy of ministry he said, "I believe that youth are not the future of the church, I believe they are an equal member of the church. I seek to create space for youth to understand what God is already doing in their lives and community."

Redemption church is led through the partnership of pastoral staff, church staff and the elders. These three groups work together to discern God’s leading for our church and then to plan and execute toward that leading. The elders have final say over staffing, financial, and spiritual leadership issues. We attempt to do everything by consensus and generally abide by the admonition from scripture: “be subject to one another.” We do everything out in the open and anyone can see our budget/financial records at any time. Our current elders are Bill Hill, Tyler Pittenger, Beth Price, Scott Robinette, Jim Schmidt, Tim Suttle and Larry Woulfe.
